This woman deserves all the destressing and decompressing (and round of applause ) I can give her. You may not know her face, but if you've scheduled with us you know her name, Margy! @margygirl66 She is the glue that holds our schedule together, and man oh man has 2020 made that task super hard. Balancing who's virtual, who's in studio, who needs a different time because their life is now different, managing times for a teacher teaching on PST, and any other curveball that comes our way, she's handled it! We could not do it without you, Margy, and we could not do it as well as you. Always helpful and accommodating to our clients, Greg, Catherine, Val, Katy, and I thank you for going above and beyond and making our lives easier!

Astrid came into her session today and informed me that yesterday marked our 10 year anniversary date of working together! WOOOW!!! Can you feel it?! I know I can! I've been practicing Pilates A LOT over the last 6 months and I can feel the difference, I can feel the PROGRESS! So many of our clients have said the same! All the matwork through the virtual sessions has made everyone SO strong, their progress is amazing to watch! Our super strong client Laura @lmh241 , sporting her rockin' @sweatybetty , working on her #swan on the @gratz_pilates #ladderbarrel. Most of us need more thoracic extension these days. So, to focus on the long line and the lift in her chest I brought her feet to the center of the frame of the barrel instead of up on the rungs. It created beautiful length for her in the lower back and she could focus more on lifting her chest and extending her upper back.
