Winter has officially arrived in Eastern Pennsylvania. All regions were activated yesterday as if we've been running snow operations all year long. Like we've said before, our next snow season begins in the summer. Our training and planning begins early so that when it finally comes down, we don't miss a beat.

What does Dale Carnegie have to do with Strauser's? Let us tell you a quick story. Tom Rose came to us 10 years ago as a grounds crewmember. Tom took on just about every role within our maintenance division and over time accepted more responsibility. On his 10th Anniversary with our company, we gifted him an admission to the Dale Carnegie Course for Effective Communication and Human Relations. Balancing his full time position as an Operations Manager, Tom recently completed his multi-week series of courses. We love seeing our team work to improve themselves and we love giving them the opportunity to do it. Congratulations Tom on your recent achievements and we can't wait to see many more!
