I have so many people ask me what made you get into this? Well. The short answer is: I’ve always loved the beauty industry. I use to do all my friends’ hair and makeup for every high school dance or event and my love for it just simply grew from there.. Though, my real push to get into the more permanent stuff was my nan. ... My nan was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast cancer when I was around 19. She loved when I would come over and do her makeup, even if she wasn’t going anywhere. When I got into lashes, she barely had any left for me to put the extensions on, but we still tried! I might have put 10 on each eye and you would’ve sworn I just gave her the most beautiful set of lashes in this world! Shortly after, I got into microblading. She was SO excited to finally have brows. Unfortunately during my class I learned we could not microblade anyone on chemo due to their compromised immune system. Needless to say we were BOTH devastated.. Even though I wasn’t able to give my nan brows I continued on to help so many others. Whether it was just to enhance their current brows, to correct/cover spots of alopecia, or to recreate brows for cancer survivors, I found my real passion.. and that’s to make women feel good about themselves. To help boost and reinforce their confidence and make them truly feel beautiful. The reactions I get to both lashes and brows, are what keeps me going.
