Our front desk representatives are key to our excellence and are responsible for exceptional guest sales and service at the front desk. Additionally, they execute all tasks and systems to support the efficient delivery of guest satisfaction throughout the day. This includes sales and reservations via phone and in person, guest check in and out, guidance for guests in dining and directions, and the commitment to consistently 'wowing' our guests with the quality of your service and our award-winning hotels. Some flexibility is needed for this position and may include some weekend shifts. Shifts may include billing, inventory, laundry, movement of goods throughout the building, audits, and any task necessary to the success of the hotel operation on a daily basis. See more
