To Our Valued Clients, This is a very tough and uncertain time for all of us. The event industry is among a growing number of industries that are at a complete standstill until the world starts back up again. It’s been hard for us, and we also feel for our clients who have been forced to reschedule or cancel events, sometimes on very short notice. We don’t know yet when we’ll be able to get back to work servicing your events, but we are available now to take booking requests ...or inquiries for future dates, and will provide maximum flexibility to allow events to be rescheduled without penalty due to the Coronavirus. We expect that with many of the upcoming events being pushed to later in the year that we’ll experience a very busy catch up period and recommend booking as soon as you have even a tentative date for your event. Again, we understand that the situation is fluid and will allow dates to be adjusted without penalty. We are excited to get back to work as soon as we can, and want to assure our clients that our event staff will be taking extra steps to ensure guest safety by minimizing the spread of germs. Those steps include having only the event attendant handle the equipment, wiping down the equipment with disinfectant wipes, eliminating the use of physical props and using our digital options, and having hand sanitizers and wipes available for guests. We look forward to collaborating with you in the near future and getting back to doing what we love - creating amazing experiences for you and your guests.
