Dr Stanley M Teprovich Jr, DPT 13.11.2020

Beginning this week, I will be starting to take telehealth physical therapy clients. Most insurances in the state of Pennsylvania have began to reimburse for telehealth services in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Telehealth physical therapy can be a very efficient and effective way to address any musculoskeletal issue that may arise during this period of time. If you currently reside in the state of Pennsylvania and fall into any of the following situations, please reac...h out to me and we can discuss if telehealth physical therapy is right for you! 1. Currently in physical therapy and unable to attend your normal sessions due to PA's 'Stay-at-Home' order? 2. Limited in getting to your current or former physical therapist? 3. Are you currently in pain? 4. Waiting for or putting off an orthopedic surgery? 5. Looking for a better workout to avoid further injuring yourself? I look forward to helping you turn this situation into a path for a healthier and more active future! -Stan

There was a new face in the clinic yesterday....our new PT (and our 4th, and our last as we are out of space) began seeing patients. Dr. Stanley M. Teprovich Jr...., DPT is a graduate from Duquesne University's Doctorate of Physical Therapy program and has been practicing in the South Hills of Pittsburgh since 2013. He has spent his entire clinical career focusing on outpatient orthopedics and has extensive experience in treating chronic musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical rehabilitations and a multitude of work and sport related injuries. Early in his career he put an emphasis on the advancement of his manual therapy skills through the Orthopedic Manual Therapy program of Nxt Gen Institute of Physical Therapy and has been certified in the management of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction. More recently with having a keen interest in the golf athlete of all ages and skill, Dr. Teprovich became one of the few Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified medical practitioners in the Pittsburgh region. This training further helps analyze how the physical limitations in the athlete's body can adversely affect the golf swing and potentially lead to injury. Currently, he is pursuing his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the NSCA. Dr. Teprovich lives in Pleasant Hills, PA with his wife and son. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and various outdoors activities. He is an avid golfer and continues to play in numerous basketball leagues throughout the Pittsburgh region.
