Our menu. We have an additional smoked menu also.
3 briskets today and 6 racks of ribs.
Ok friends. Made 6 racks of baby backs today. Got 4 left.
Brisket and pulled pork and ribs are on the menu 7 days a week. We smoke/BBQ ribs on Thursday and or Friday. We hold them till Tuesday and then if any are left, they get froze. We had a customer today who thought they are available only on Thursday and Fridays. Sorry for any confusing posts.
We smoked 7 racks today. 4 left. 1 and a half baby backs, and 2 and a half spareribs. They are DELICIOUS and tender as can be. Yesterday we did 2 briskets and 2 pork butts for pulled pork. Come and get it.
