The Smoke Factory BBQ

We will be open Christmas Eve from 11am-6pm. We will have a special individual meal of smoked prime rib with demi glace, mashed potatoes, and a vegetable to be determined for $23. There will only be a limited quantity! Our family style meals will be the sampler for $30 and smoked turkey with homemade gravy, mashed potatoes, and a vegetable for $25

Family style meals today are the sampler with brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, deviled eggs, mac & cheese, coleslaw, rolls and sauces for $30, ham with sweet and sour pineapple glaze, sweet potatoes and green beans for $25, and smoked chicken legs with blackberry BBQ sauce, green beans and cauliflower au gratin for $25. The smoked chicken meal can be gotten as an individual meal as well. We also have an amazing cream of mushroom and spinach soup today.
