One of the comments said this is how I imagine all dogs crossing the rainbow bridge. Another said this is how I imagine my dog will greet me in heaven. So naturally, I’m all choked up

Please be careful with electrical cords, tinsel, holly and other Christmas plants. They are all dangerous and life threatening to your furry family members

I have been seeing a ton of people bash their veterinary clinics here on social media lately... and truly, it's heartbreaking & gut wrenching. I worked in the v...eterinary world for nearly 10 years. It's a tough job that I myself am no longer cut out for. Long hours, dying innocent patients, rude/angry clients... sweat, blood, tears. I understand that it is hard to hand your dog or cat off at the door and trust the process. I understand that these days, it's hard to get an appointment same day for your sick pet. I understand that the bill may be high.. but what you guys seem to not understand is that the staff is REALLY tired.. dealing with extra protocols, really overworked.. really... depressed. It's a super depressing time right now for a LOT of people. I've picked up working part time at my previous job because the staff is overwhelmed... and to be honest.. my dog walking business crumbled due to the pandemic... I took this picture today of one of my coworkers.. you see... she is comforting this dog that is scared because his owners aren't by his side like they usually are during his doctor appointments. And in a way I'm sure he's comforting her, too. She's tired. Overworked and often overwhelmed with a demanding job. But you see.. this is what you DON'T SEE. Try to be more understanding and grateful of the veterinarians and staff. Please. See more

UPPER DEERFIELD I am a gorgeous male, unaltered husky. Officer condo picked me up and scanned me and sadly, I have A chip that has never been registered. What a... shame. I am on my way to the shelter. If anyone knows who I belong to, please call 1-800-351-1822 as soon as possible. Thank you to the nice people who found me and save me! See more

Remember, autumn can be very dangerous for outdoor cats. Since many people fill their vehicles with antifreeze and apply lawn/garden products at this time of year, your furball could easily ingest or be exposed to toxic chemicals.
