The special oil we are using for our Aromatherapy this month is, CHRISTMAS SPIRIT . A purifying blend of evergreen, citrus and spice, reminiscent of winter holidays; which helps to promote, joy, peace, happiness and security.

Come feel the peace at The Yoga Studio. Classes are limited to only seven students. Temperatures checked upon arrival. Hands are sanitized before entering. Masks required throughout entire class. Anti-viral oils diffusing, and safe distancing between each yoga station during practice. We are doing our best to keep a clean and safe environment during these trying times.
