We have in the shop this very special guitar from master luthier Gerard Audirac. This is his Cathedrale model grand concert guitar. This model is without question one of the most powerful guitars we have ever carried. Its revolutionary design involves an enlarged and elongated soundhole, a unique interplay of bridge and headstock and a special bracing treatment under the soundboard. The result is a full, penetrating projection with complete clarity and balance from the lowe...st to the highest notes. It also possesses a rich tone and long sustain. The sensation of playing this superb instrument is somewhat like that of performing on a cathedral organ. It is designed to fill a concert hall with its mellifluous voice. Made in Le Selle, France (2005) Western Red Cedar Soundboard, Indian Rosewood Back and Sides, Ebony fretboard with 650 string length. Excellent condition.
Masaru Kohno - Japan, 1976 No. 20 Spruce soundboard, Brazilian Rosewood back and sides, and beautiful Rodgers tuning machines. This guitar is in very good condition. Now available.
New to the shop is this wonderful guitar by luthier Tim Harris. Made in Vancouver, Washington (2018), this beautifully constructed guitar features a traditional Spruce soundboard, Black Limba back and sides, raised Ebony fingerboard, soundport, arm-rest, and Gotoh tuning machines.
We were pleased and excited to host a wonderful house concert with renowned guitarist/lutenist/theorbist, Xavier Diaz-Latorre. It was a pleasure to meet him and to hear him play repertoire by Sanz, Murcia and Gerau.

We recently acquired a new John Ray guitar - an exquisite example of his art and craftsmanship. This guitar has a beautiful voice of great clarity, character, intimacy and depth. German Spruce soundboard / Indian Rosewood back and sides. 650 mm string length, 52 mm nut width. Rubner tuning machines. French polish. Made in Granada, 2018 (#214) - John Ray Guitars
1959 Manouk Papazian, NYC - Spruce / South American Rosewood We're happy to offer this beautiful and well-loved guitar. You can see from the pictures that it has plenty of play wear, however we feel that this signifies how special an instrument it is. Originally owned by Vincent "Vince" Blasio, a NJ native who eventually moved to Buffalo and performed professionally for many years. An extraordinary guitar, with wonderful resonant basses, bold mid-range, and a very sweet upper register with great sustain and power.
We have a gorgeous Joshia De Jonge concert guitar for sale, in used but very good condition, from 2015 (#80). Cedar top, Ziricote back and sides, raised fingerboard, sound port, lattice bracing, 20th fret, Rodgers tuning machines.
We believe that David J. Pace-Luthier is one of the best luthiers in the United States. He is continuously demonstrating his enormous skill and insight in fine guitar-making and we rank his instruments among the best we've seen and heard from American luthiers. We are happy to have a few of David's guitars in the store at the moment, including a Spruce / Indian Rosewood (2018), a Cedar double-top / Indian Rosewood (2017), and a gently used Port Orford Cedar / Honduran Rosewood (2012) with Graf tuning machines. Please visit our site or give us a call for more info.
We have a gently used Bruno Boutin in stock. A fantastic instrument, built in 2015 (#112). Western Red Cedar double top, East Indian Rosewood back and sides. Raised ebony fingerboard, 650 mm string length, Exagon tuning machines, arm rest. Built in Magog, Quebec, Canada. Great value.
Here are some pictures / info on the Daniel Bernaert that we have in stock at the moment. Built in Murcia, Spain (2012). European spruce, Indian rosewood 650 mm string length, 52 mm nut width... Ebony fingerboard, french polish finish This is a beautiful instrument, built in the great Granada tradition; wonderful clarity, balance, sweetness, personality and ease of playing. This would be a great guitar for a conservatory student or professional player.
Here's a wonderful video documenting the work of luthier Daniel Bernaert, in Murcia, Spain. We recently acquired a gorgeous 2012 Spruce / Indian Rosewood of his. The video is in Spanish, no subtitles, and is a great intro to his work and philosophy. Visit our site, or give us a call for more info on our offerings.
