The first few reviews of The Cottage have appeared on Airbnb. What follows are some excerpts from the reviews.... I regret that telling the world how much I loved this little place will mean that it'll be booked solid and impossible for me to visit, but I cannot tell a lie, it was fantastic. Becky & Stacey have created this little escape that is surrounded by the countryside, their beautiful back yard and garden, and birds that sat at the bird bath watching me like I was t...he rare bird. This was my first time using AirBnb and they've ruined me. No way that I'll find a place that lives up to the standards that I have now. If you need a place to breathe, meditate, be still, write, study, or just escape to a spot where you can forget the world....this is it. New Jersey Guest Despite the late hour they gave us a tour of the little cottage we were renting out and provided us with all of the information we needed. What was unexpected but very appreciated was the glass pastry display case filled with fresh baked goods for us, in addition to that there was a little mountain of k-cups for all of our coffee and hot chocolate needs and a Mini Fridge full of creamers and possibly the best damn seltzer I ever drank. We were also provided with firewood which was about a whisky barrels worth (very generous) and two blankets for us to help sit by the fire on a cold night. You would think the hosts did enough but there that morning we were graced with some fresh handpicked strawberries when they discovered I'm allergic to dairy (which left my Italian pastry loving boyfriend to indulge); it was far beyond what we expected from a host.
