Coming at you with the Hybrid Fitness WORKOUT OF THE WEEK. This one was inspired by the absolute legend @drothenberger5895. David loves ripping this workout after he’s done doing his first 3 workouts of the day to finish off strong! - This workout is to be done in circuit like fashion. You are pairing the first 3 exercises together and doing as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Then you pair the next 3 and again do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. This plus a 5-...10 minute warmup will have you in and out of the gym in 45-50 minutes.
