We started off 2021 closing on this beautiful home in McDonald, PA! A bit outside of our normal area, but our buyers were friends & past clients who came back for ROUND 3 of THE KISS VIP TREATMENT The showing & closing were a bit unconventional as the buyers did it all from Texas - Hello FaceTime They did get to come back to PA for the home inspection to see this beauty in person though! You’d be surprised at how many homes we sell a year virtually. There have been man...y times when my buyers are seeing their home for the first time in person just hours before closing - YIKES! While we prefer & love having our clients in person, that’s not always possible. We are extremely experienced in virtual showings & know the features to key in on to still give our buyers the best experience!
