MEET THE TEAM MONDAY featuring Chris Stoner Chris is our longest-tenured agent, a Loughin Group Founding member. She’s our team’s go-to for advice because of her ability to mentor and provide guidance, while simultaneously being able to tell you when you are being an unreasonable asshole. She has an incredibly sneaky work ethic and because she makes it look so effortless and fun, most people don’t have the faintest clue as to how hard she actually works. Chris’s customer se...rvice level is really second to none . She’s climbed into dumpsters, ran out at all hours of the night, held yard sales, navigated divorce sales, bank sales, land sales, easement issues, zoning problems, oil spills, and would probably help a client deliver their baby if she was asked! Legitimately; she goes to the ends of the earth for her clients and our team; and has built an absolutely phenomenal business with her customer service, vast knowledge, and fun able to talk you off the ledge demeanor. When Chris isn’t working, she can be found off-roading in her jeep , hanging out with friends, visiting her mother, traveling to wherever she’s told to go- while always drinking her beloved Michelob Ultra or Diet Coke- depending on what time of day it is. Chris closed out 2020 with 31 sales that were just shy of $17million! We are so proud to call her ours and can not wait to see what she accomplishes and who she helps in 2021!
