I received a call from the Governor's office last evening to say he will be announcing today that Westmoreland will be moving to the yellow phase. I've received... around a million, make that 2 million :), messages since yesterday because the Governor said that red counties will remain under the stay at home order until June 4. His announcement of more counties moving to yellow is supposed to be at 2:00 and Westmoreland is part of that announcement. Here is what is presently permitted under yellow: See more
