Don't be the dispensary that has your license(s) revoked! Recently, the Nevada #Cannabis Compliance Board's legal counsel recommended that the board revoke the medical and #recreational licenses for the Mynt dispensary, and impose $19,000 in fines. The CCB filed a complaint against Mynt's parent company Kynd-Strains LLC, noting that the #dispensary was not properly utilizing the state’s seed-to-sale tracking system among numerous other issues. Take this event as a cautionary tale, and be sure to keep all of your #compliance measures up to date!
