Bryan's main responsibility in his role is to create and build relationships with business owners and purchasing managers to produce positive company growth. Additionally, she handles weekly reporting and works directly with customers to ensure that they have a well-rounded experience every single time. Tara loves working at The Restaurant Store because of ...her co-workers, and says that they function like a family as she can always count on them to help her out. Tara’s most important lesson she’s learned while working for The Restaurant Store, is that her training on sales and management skills will not only benefit her professional goals, but her personal endeavors in the long run. In his role as a sales specialist, his responsibilities include looking over daily sales, creating quote requests, and providing exceptional customer service. While working at The Restaurant Store, Guiseppe has learned that hard work and dedication always pay off and he values the company's focus on professional development. For today's #GiveBackPayItForward, we spoke with Carlos Mora, owner of Alebrije Mexican Restaurant. Alebrije has three different locations in Reading, PA, and serves Mexican cuisine along with handcrafted margaritas! Carlos explained to us that his takeout sales during COVID-19 went from 20% to 65% of its total sales. Thanks to GrubHub and Delivery Dudes, Alebrije saw an increase in sales over the last several months. In addition to this, Carlos shared how his team has put an... even bigger emphasis on sanitizing hourly and in between customers, than before the pandemic. Carlos is incredibly grateful for its regular customers that have continued ordering during these unpredictable times to help support his business.
