Jess' Intro to Meditation Part 5 (6:30-min) Attachment and the choice of letting go. This guided meditation encourages students to bring awareness to the recurrence of certain thoughts or themes that pop up for them. This segment allows the student to become an observer to what shows up for them and how to re-examine our responses to the thoughts we have.
Yoga with Olivia: Six-Part Tone and Flow Series. Part Three Core. This class focuses on creating muscle definition and strength in the core, while also increasing flexibility.
Yoga with Olivia: Six-Part Tone and Flow Series. Part Two - Hips and Booty. This class focuses on creating muscle definition and strength in the booty and hips, while also increasing flexibility.
Yoga with Jess: Standing Sun Salutation Flow (20-Min) Wake up the body by completing an entire flow standing up. Students will be able to spend time focusing on many transitional poses. By taking up space and incorporating balance students will be able to refine key elements in their individual practice.
Jess' Intro to Meditation Part 4 (6-min) Understanding the way the mind works. This short meditation will help students notice the thoughts that arise as they start to meditate and how to come back to their practice. By better understanding how the mind works students will have a greater acceptance for themselves as they continue to explore mindfulness.
Mobility 101 with Jason Part 1 CONTROLLED ARTICULAR ROTATIONS (CARS) Active rotational movements at the outer limits of articular motion. CARSs are large circular movements that your joints in range of motion. Each circle must use tension in the control alarm for no movement at other joints. By doing so, we are able to reap three distinct advantages it makes CARs beneficial for you. 1. Maintain range of motion throughout your lifetime. 2. Maintain joint health. 3. Assess the condition and health of your joints.
Yoga with Jess: Warrior Flow (20-min) This class gives students the opportunity to find a flow that focuses on the different warrior postures.By spending time building the foundation of each warrior, students will build strength through their legs and cultivate balance. Additional alignment cues will be offered so students can define their home practice safely.
Yoga with Jess: Sun Salutation Flow (20-min) This segment runs students through three different takes on Sun Salutations A, B, C. This class will combine both the mental focus and physical practice that yoga is best known for. Students can now practice at home some of the core elements of a vinyasa yoga practice they already know and love.
Yoga with Jess: Energy Boost Flow (20-min) This sequence is geared to help wake up the body. By finding movement in areas where people often tense up such as the hips and shoulders students can open up and naturally build heat in their own bodies as they start to flow. This class is great for anyone that feels they would like a way to kick start their day.
Mobility 101 with Jason: STICK MOBILITY - Stick Mobility is a training system that improves mobility, stability and strength. This exercises use the MOBILITY STICK as a tool to improve range of motion, muscle activation, coordination and body awareness. Join in to build a strong foundation for better movement.

Yoga with Jess:Grounding Flow (20 Min) Sometimes we need to connect to the earth below us in order to feel grounded. This flow focus on exercises where students can stay rooted to their mat. By allowing the ground to support us we can get deeper into the poses by softening and deepening the stretches.
Yoga with Jess:Cardio Flow (20-min) This flow is designed to give you a quick boost of energy to get your heart rate up safely. By adding short bursts of cardio you can build heat gradually in your body and at your own pace.
Yoga with Jess: Twist and Flow (20-min) This flow is geared to explore and add additional twists throughout their flow. Large focus on twisting through the upper and lower body all while keeping the core engaged by utilizing two different breath techniques.

Meditation with Jess: Part 7 (9:30) Emotional Regulation. In this guided meditation we will explore the way the mind reacts to thoughts that stir up different emotional responses. By using mindfulness as a tool to examine the emotions that arise with certain thoughts we can bring awareness to our emotions without being carried away with them.
Mobility 101 with Jason Part 2 CARs (15-min) Controlled Articular Rotations. Active, rotational movements at the outer limits of articular motion. CAR's are large circular movements at your joints end range of motion. Each circle must use tension and be controlled allowing for no movement at other joints. By doing so, we are able to reap three distinct advantages that makes CARs beneficial for you. 1. Maintain ROM throughout your life time. 2. Maintain joint health. 3. Assess the condition/health of your joints.
Jess' Intro to Meditation Part 6 (6:30) Finding the Balance. In this segment students will be able to check in with their mind and body connection and determine if they are too relaxed or too tight when coming into their practice. Suggestions will be offered to help students find ways to cultivate their energy to help them get the most benefits out of their meditation.
Jess's Intro to Meditation Part 3 (6-min) This short meditation invites the students to be more conscious of their thoughts by putting the mind on pause and checking in with the body and breath.
Jess's Intro to Meditation Part 2 (5-min) This guided meditation allows to students to find and explore different postures to help the body relax before meditation. Breathwork is cued throughout.

Yoga with Jess: Hip Focused Flow (20 mins) This class wakes up the muscles in your hips and in your legs. A strap (or towel) and block will be used. Students can expect to get deeper into hip openers as they flow through this class.
Yoga with Jess: Vinyasa Flow with Block (20 min) This class shows students fun ways to take the elements of their traditional practice and mix things up. Get out of your comfort zone by reversing your chaturangas. Also a block is recommended for this class.
Gratitude Flow (23 mins) This flow is centered around the idea of extending gratitude towards the self and then extending that same gratitude outward. This short flow is designed to invite a moving meditation into your day as we prepare for a very different holiday and season ahead. We come together separately to cultivate the strength needed to move forward. This segment was created to thank everyone that has supported our community at Three Treasures near and far. Yoga with Jess: Extended Chair Yoga Class (30-mins) Explore different ways to take your practice anywhere. This class will require a chair with a sturdy back and preferably no arm rests. Class starts with breath work and deep stretches utilizing the added support from the chair. Then we build to a warrior flow.
