Yoga with Jess: Extended Chair Yoga Class (30-mins) Explore different ways to take your practice anywhere. This class will require a chair with a sturdy back and preferably no arm rests. Class starts with breath work and deep stretches utilizing the added support from the chair. Then we build to a warrior flow.
