I got to walk around with my brother, niece, and nephews yesterday at CSA Pick-up : ) It was nice to give them a little tour and take stock of the veggies growing out in the field. I’m continually grateful for the opportunity to grow food for lots of people, including my own family #communitysupportedagriculture
Broccoli! #glutenfree
My family came to pick up their shares today. It was fun show my Mom and Dad, & my brothers around the fields for a bit : ) So many CSA members have family who also joined, so it provides an opportunity for folks to see each other at Pick-Up #communitysupportedagriculture
All set up for Tuesday Pick-Up 4pm - 7pm. It may be rainy but we’re here : ) #communitysupportedagriculture
The fields are looking really good!
We made it through the rain! And we’re happy that it rained. And we had a successful first distribution : ) Here we are again swimming in lettuce #springabundance
Happy News: Amanda and I are engaged! I’m so excited to spend my life with such a loving and cozy herbalist and plant witch who is patient with my vegetable obsessed habits : ) I’m so happy that we’re both happy to fill our home with extra crates of sweet potatoes and jars upon jars of dried herbs

Thanks for a great year! We wish you a healthy and happy Holiday season. Love, Tinicum CSA Farm Crew
I’m feeling really grateful for working with such an amazing crew this year. Big thank you to Phoenix, Isabelle, Peter, Stephen, Rori, and Beth for working through a challenging season with positive attitudes and collaborative spirits. #farmfamily #gratitude #lastvegetableharvestoftheyear
And here’s more of that mullein plant : ) #verycoolplants #volunteerplants @ Tinicum CSA
We had the privilege of watching a volunteer mullein plant grow all season in our herb patch. It emerged a few inches away from one of the rows of culinary herbs and we decided to leave it alone and watch it grow. It kinda became this mascot of the farm. Now it looks like a Halloween decoration. It was really cool to see this plant persevere during such a challenging year. Also, it’s the coolest mullein I’ve ever seen. Swipe through to follow it back in time to the spring. #resilientplants #mullein #plantsthatdontgiveadam @ Tinicum CSA
