That motivation we all need we love when our babes continue to move with us even through pregnancy this girl has stuck with her routine from the start! She says Being able to do virtual workout sessions has been a game changer. I barely have time as it is running after a toddler while pregnant so being able to quickly pop into my basement for a personalized workout has made it so much easier to prioritize self care and stay motivated during quarantine, during pregnancy, all while having a toddler.
