These dudes made me look like a shrimp Saw them training like some savages so I had to introduce myself and get them hooked up with some @totalprofitness wrist wrap and strap samples I had on me. Do you want peak mountain top biceps? If so you gotta give these single arm concentration curls a try! ~ You can do these on a regular preacher curl machine but I personally find using an incline bench to be better. ~ Tips:... Keep your shoulder and body weight back, you don’t want to use any momentum to bring the weight up. Focus - put your mind inside the muscle, you really want to feel the bicep being worked and not just going through the motions. Slow and controlled - don’t let the weight control you. Pick a weight that you can keep strict form with while getting around 10-12 reps. Nothing as punishing as a drop set on leg day Started yesterday off with leg press, working my way up to 6 plates. Decided I’d finish the last set with a drop set to really shock my central nervous system and legs and boy did it do just that, I can’t even sit on the toilet Also, keeping me supported through out my lift is the TotalProFitness 7mm knee sleeves and Buffalo leather belt. These knee sleeves seriously make all the difference on leg day. They keep your knees warm, compressed, and make pushing heavier weight much more tolerable! The hang clean and press is a new staple exercise of mine that will be included into every shoulder session! Besides working more than just shoulders, it also requires coordination with power.
