The Proving Grounds Adult League

The Proving Grounds Adult Leagues are looking for soccer referees for our coed league on Wednesday nights. We have 3 weeks left in our current session and our Fall sessions starts on September 19th! Refs get a minimum of 4 games a night! Inquire for details!

We are happy to announce that we’ll be launching our summer session for coed soccer on Wednesday, June 20th! Game times will range from 6:45 at the earliest and 9:15 at the latest. We already have 14 teams registered and anticipate having 16-18 by the end of the week! With the increase in teams - we’ll be dividing the league into two divisions to match the skill level that each team is looking for. Games are 40 minutes long. 6 field players and a goalkeeper with two females ...being on the field at all times. Each team is guaranteed 9 games + playoffs and a free pitcher of beer after every match! We are still taking team registrations so if you’re interested - let us know! We also have a couple of individuals who are trying to put a team together so we’ll take individual registrations as well! Got game? Prove it! The Proving Grounds

Hey Everyone! We’ve been receiving a lot of requests for the start date of our first session for 2018. These last few Nor’easters have delayed the completion of the two additional turf fields. We are waiting for them to be done before we kick off our Spring Season. Right now we are targeting late April, but we’ll certainly keep you in the loop with updates and if anything changes! We are also excited to announce that we will be starting Co-ed kickball leagues on Thursday nights so start rounding up your friends and let us know if you are interested in signing up!
