Typically I’ll read the NT in 90 days and the OT once per year and then repeat, sometimes switching to a 60 day NT plan. The other day, though, I decided to swi...tch up my reading plan to the Bible in 6 months, with an underlining goal to read it in 3 months (giving me a 3 month safety net) and then repeat that reading plan in a different translation. Some never make it through the entire Bible, but we should! Let’s tackle it. Grab a translation that’s comfortable, sit down and read with a notebook. With the notebook, jot down questions you have that would cause you to stop reading and then go back to those questions either later or after you read for the day. Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil.
