Great classes to start the week! Monday and Tuesday adult classes were a variety of kicking, stackers, self defense and forms. Five rounds of stackers = SWEAT! Thanks to everyone for their intensity and effort. I admire and respect that so much! Kids class also looked awesome tonight as well. These kids are so great in their ability and concentration. We’re so proud of their progress and learning.... See everybody tomorrow at 6:00 to do it all over again!!

Great forms class to end the week yesterday. Everyone looked really great! I would again like to thank all of you that helped out when I was visiting my family in California. Teaching and helping to teach classes is something I appreciate very much. Sam Baldelli, Sara Cook, Amy Donnora, Emily Donnora, and Chris Schwartztrauber I appreciate your help and assistance very much!! We have quite a few out right now kids and adults that are involved in baseball and softball for th...emselves and their families. I recognize that there are additional interests and activities beyond karate. I support and encourage these other activities especially after literally all of them were shut down last year. Karate doesn’t have a season and is year round. Although we really do miss you when you’re out, we’re happy for interest and exposure to other things in addition to karate. We look forward to your return when you can come back in and welcome you back. Karate training can literally last a life time with many starts, stops, and restarts. I never want anyone to feel badly that they haven’t been able to make it for sometime. Instead, remember that no matter how long you’ve been out, no matter what level you’re at, no matter if you’ve been training for a long time or if it’s your first time, we welcome you and have a great deal of respect for your interest, commitment, and effort no matter your age. For those of you that have been out kids and adults, see you soon! See ya next week!
