How are your teens doing? Don't forget to ask them! (And probe past the one word answers!) Try making a simple check-in part of your routine and you will notice... they become more engaged. Ask a question like: How are you feeling today? Have you tried anything new? What do you do when you feel anxious or worried about not being in school or seeing your friends?
