Post from Dooner! . As crazy as 2020 has been, I have an announcement to make. But first a little background for some of you that may not know. I moved to Daytona, Florida in my very early 20’s to start a new life. While down there I got a tattoo apprenticeship at a local tattoo studio on the main drag of Daytona Beach. After some years of hard work and learning the trade, I learned I would become a... father, so I decided it would be best to move back to my home town to be with my family. My beautiful daughter was born, and so was Up In Arms Tattoos. I started Up In Arms Tattoos in 2009, just under 12 years ago, to follow my dreams of being a tattooer and owning a business on my own. Starting in Imperial, PA near my graduating high school to moving a town over to Moon Township, PA where we have been for the last 9 years. This journey has had many ups and downs; some not even worth mentioning. After some long thoughts about the pros & cons, I am honored to announce that I will be passing on my beloved business to my good friend, Dan, or to many of you, Woody. Starting January 2021, Up In Arms Tattoos will still be the well-known and loved shop just under new management. With all this being said, do not be concerned, I will be moving to my own private studio, Salvare Tattoo. As mentioned, my new studio will be private, so I will not be accepting any walk-in tattoos. All tattoos will be done by appointment only. More details about this private studio will be announced closer to the start of the New Year along with details on how to schedule appointments with me.
