Join Us! Become a 2020 MVP! Be a Musikfest Virtual Parker and support Victory House of Lehigh Valley in aiding our mission of providing local homeless men and veterans with shelter and support services while in recovery. 2020 will be the year remembered for Covid-19, and the upheaval brought to all our lives. We have had to adapt as a result of many challenges and changes for individuals, families, businesses, and organizations like ours.... Like many non-profit organizations, Victory House has experienced a decrease in overall funding. A PPP (Payment Protection Program) grant certainly helped, but it didn’t close the gap. Major fundraising events, like our annual golf outing, were canceled or postponed as a result of Covid-19. Our mission went on, though, through generous support like yours to keep our never-ending work moving forward. Our doors remain open 24/7 as we continue to serve those in need. We have a fundraising idea that needs your help! Since 2012, Victory House has raised money during Musikfest by selling the shelter’s parking spaces for $10 a space! It has always been well supported by the community and has been a fun event that engages our Board Members, staff and Victory House residents to get involved. For the residents, it is a way for them to work and give back to the community. Now that Musikfest 2020 will be a virtual event, we’ve decided to go virtual too! Musikfest Virtual Parking will go live on Monday, July 27th. That’s where you can help. For a $10 donation, you can take a virtual parking space and support us as you have in past years.
