Hi beloved community! Happy New Year!! We have all been through SO much this year.... Our lives have changed in ways we could never have imagined. This past year we have collectively gone though intense challenges; changes in our daily lives, the feelings that come from loss of control, and new-found levels of social isolation. It has been quite an exhausting workout! But with the workout, pushing us to our edges comes the gifts; we have collectively recognized new levels of strength and resilience, gratitude and patience, resourcefulness and self-love; we have leaned into the preciousness of life, and realized the importance of seizing of the moment. Join me in taking stock of this powerful time in our lives. New Years resolutions have never really worked for me.
