Find a safe space to let your guard down. It can be a scary world out there, especially when you can’t actually see the danger. It is important to be vigilant and safe and careful. It is also not realistic to expect ourselves to wear the armor 24/7. . Find space, create space to allow yourself to relax, snuggle up with your loved ones, breathe, and be kind to yourself. Rest, relax, de-stress, and recharge.
