On behalf of our entire Voyager team, we hope that you, your family, and friends are staying safe and healthy during this current COVID-19 crisis. We are happy to share some good news with you. The recently enacted Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), contains provisions which suspend air transportation federal excise tax (FET) and fuel tax which would otherwise apply to domestic and international commercial operations of aircraft for flights c...onducted and fuel purchased between March 28, 2020 and January 1, 2021. The suspension includes all taxes normally assessed with respect to commercial flights, including the 7.5% FET on the fair market value of the charter flights, applicable domestic and international segment fees and certain fuel taxes. Going forward you will see this savings on all Voyager trips before January 01, 2021. We also want to bring you up to date on several temporary procedures Voyager has implemented to help limit the spread of the virus. Passenger health questionnaires will be provided for each passenger (including children) to be completed and returned to us 24 hours prior to departure. Voyager also conducts a crew health check within 24 hours of the flight. We have been persistent in taking all necessary precautionary measures to clean, sterilize and sanitize our aircraft to ensure healthy and safe travel. In addition to the cleaning measures we have in place, and to further ensure we are diligently disinfecting our aircraft; Voyager Jet has decided to temporarily pull standard stock items from all aircraft. This includes coffee and hot water service. We are also suspending special stock requests. Taking these extra precautions helps reduce the number of items handled in the aircraft, further protecting our crew and passengers. Catering requests, bottled water and a small assortment of soda will still be available. There is little doubt that the world will have more to overcome in the weeks and months ahead. We are confident that, like always, together, we will all overcome this and emerge stronger. The Voyager team is proud to be here for you and prepared to support your travel needs when the time comes. We look forward to seeing you soon.
