Yesterday Governor Wolf signed Senate Bill 751 which was promoted by PSEA. The bill is extensive but the two most important elements in it for ESP members is it requires the districts to continue to pay us during the shutdown. Secondly, we will not lose PSERS credit. On the WASD front, as we work through this challenge you could find that your job will be a bit different than it was prior to the shutdown. Please be flexible and understanding of the situation.
