Wana B Park

The pool is $6 for adults and $4 for kids and seniors. It is open from 1-7. Any more information may be obtained by phoning the Greene County Department of Recreation from 8:30 am to 4 pm Mondays through Fridays at 724-852-5323. They operate the pool and rent the pavilion directly behind said pool. The Cumberland Township Park Board, that mans this page, are responsible for the remainder of the park. That includes all of the other pavilions. If you want to reserve any of our pavilions you need to call 724-966-8033 for availability and pricing. Thanks!

The pool is indefinitely closed. When we hear from the county what the plan is we will let everyone know.

We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable weekend. We have been informed that the county will not be opening the pool this weekend as there is a leak. Please follow the county's website www.co.greene.pa.us under the parks and pools section for updates. Monview and Waynesburg pools will be open for Memorial Day Weekend, just not Wanna B in Carmichaels.

Back to the rain. BLEH! Sunday looks like it could be somewhat nice. If the forecast holds it appears that Wednesday through next Saturday will be sunny but brisk. I would get out there and enjoy the park every chance you can at this time of the year. Greene County's own weatherman, Pye Plasko predicts an ugly winter. However, if you like cold and snow you will love it if that prediction plays out.
