We will be open this Saturday from 9am to 1pm for any of your last minute Christmas needs. We have plenty of student model guitars, ukuleles, and more! Gift Certificates available as well. Next week we will be closed, but available by appointment just call the school!

Hello Everyone! Some of you and (ourselves) have been wondering what's going on at The Music Conservatory regarding Covid Restrictions. A lot of thought has been put into our decision, and I am to announce tonight that we will be moving to a mostly virtual platform for our students next week, until restrictions are removed. This Saturdays lessons will still go on this week week in person, but next week they will be virtual. Please make sure your teacher has contacted you wit...h a zoom link, feel free to call the school if you need help. Firstly, we go on Christmas break after December 19th, December 19th is our last day of class before Christmas break, and we will re-open on January 4th assuming the cover numbers are down. Virtual lessons will continue if we have restrictions at that time. 4 of our 7 teachers will be exclusively teaching virtual lessons next week, eliminating more than half of the foot traffic in the building. The other 3 teachers are allowing in person lessons, masks on, 6ft apart, and we are doing lots of extra cleaning if you haven't noticed, we staffed the school with a daily cleaning person to get every surface, everyday. Those teachers will notify their students on their options, because though they are teaching in person at the school, you may still go virtual. Our occupancy code restricts our building to 75 people, having said that, we will only have at most 4 to 6 people in the building at one time as of next week this Saturday may see upwards of 10 people. Most of the students that are doing lessons in person are adults, and kids are strongly encourage to take the virtual option. Normally 80 people go through the doors here every week, it will be dwindled to about 12 next week, thus downscaling our exposure levels here as much as possible. We are so close to Christmas break, after next week we will be shut down for two weeks until January 4th. We will keep the virtual option open for students come January if they are at all uncomfortable with coming in person, or we still have restrictions in place. We are also asking parents to not come in the waiting room this Saturday, the fewer people here the better. We will be closing our waiting area this Saturday to parents, only students may stand in the waiting area before their lessons. I picked up 20 cases of Dan Smith’s candy bars today! We will have a box at the front desk of the Music Conservatory starting tomorrow, and orchestra members wi...ll start selling next Wednesday.
