PLEASE PASS THE WORD: There will be NO SANGHA gathering tonight (11/24/19). The group meeting last week chose to focus energy on yesterday's Day of Mindfulness instead. We'll be gathering again on December 1st at 5 pm.

We gather to meditate, share our company over vegetation snacks and tea and review the Five Mindfulness Trainings. See you between 4:45 and 5:00 to tomorrow in...
