Our patient from Louisiana, Eleanor, has healed more and looks incredible!! The buccal fat removal and liposculpture to her jaw and chin has given her the gorgeous contour she wanted! The laser resurfacing on her lower lids is healing well and has smoothed and lightened the area. She has light foundation on in this photo and looks amazing!

Another way to manage festoons--the bags on bags that some of our patients have on their cheeks: injections of an antibiotic. Doxycycline, a tetracycline like antibiotic, can produce fibrosis, inflammation and tightening and can reduce the size of those pouches. This new in-office treatment shows promise in managing this troublesome problem when other modalities don’t help.

This patient under went a lower lid blepharoplasty, canthal tightening and fat transfer to the lower lids. She no longer has that tired look and we are thrilled with her results! Let us know if you agree below!
