Good Afternoon, Beginning Wednesday, June 16th the Township will be performing milling and paving work on Broad Run Road between Shadyside Road and Glenside Road. This roadway will be closed during the daytime hours for thru traffic (7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Weather permitting, work should be completed by Friday, June 25th.... FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE October 15, 2020 U.S. 322 (Downingtown Pike) Reduced to Single Lane Beginning Next Week for Shoulder Cutting in Chester County... King of Prussia, PA U.S. 322 (Downingtown Pike) will be reduced to a single lane with flagging between Copeland School Road and Bradford Avenue in East Bradford Township and West Chester Borough, Chester County, on Friday, October 23, and Monday, October 26, through Friday, October 30, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for shoulder cutting by Chester County maintenance, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. Drivers are advised to remain alert for slowing traffic when approaching the work area. All scheduled operations are weather dependent.

King of Prussia, PA Right lane and shoulder closures are scheduled on westbound U.S. 30 (Coatesville-Downingtown Bypass) between the Airport Road Interchange and Compass Road in Sadsbury Township, Chester County, on Monday, October 12, through Friday, October 16, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) installations, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. The work is part of a project to install ITS improvements on U.S. 30 (Coatesville-Downingtown Bypass) and a 20-mile stretch of Business U.S. 30 that extends from west of Route 10 (Octorara Trail) in West Sadsbury Township to the U.S. 30 (Coatesville-Downingtown Bypass) Interchange with U.S. 202 in East Whiteland Township, Chester County. Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays may occur. The schedule is weather dependent and subject to change.
