Coronavirus COVID-19 Message To our friends, colleagues, clients and neighbors: We pray that you and your families are well as we collectively make preparations for and monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) impact and spread in and to our country and communities. The health and safety of our staff and customers is paramount. The ECMSA offices are closed to the public effective March 17, 2020 through at least March 31, 2020 per the shutdown order issued by PA Gov. Tom Wolfe.... We have implemented a remote work policy for employees whose positions will allow for it. We have limited staff reporting to our offices, and have educated and implemented safe practices as outlined by the CDC to help prevent the spread of the virus.
