Happy Tuesday everyone! I want to take a minute to say how grateful we are to be open, busy and safe and how we view our privilege to work for the public. As an artist for 30+ years, I work for the people not my ego. Sometimes there are questions asked that are repetitive, like how much for a sleeve etc. and having to explain the difference between being a tattooist or a tattoo artist as pricing varies and availability, but really that comes with the territory of success... as it’s our responsibility as professional artists, to inform and dispel, not to heckle. We should never forgot that we get paid for doing what we love and are passionate for. Tattooing isn’t just a permanent mark in ones skin, it’s also and always should be, a positive experience from pencil to bandage and beyond.
