Sometimes I need to do plan B. After a weekend of travel, and minimal groceries in the house I needed an easy Monday night dinner. One of my spaghetti squash with Italian Chicken Sausage from the freezer was perfect. It was the comfort food I needed for a extra 'tired' night.
