Friends! come join John's daughter Helena and her husband Wyatt next Saturday October 12th for a truly healing and restorative Sound meditation. Wyatt will serenade you with warm acoustic guitar melodies while Helena Protopapas guides you through gentle stretching and breath work. The next 40-45 minutes will a yoga nidra led by evocative one of a kind violin soundscapes created just for you. They will finish off with a little intention setting and chanting. reserve your space before the 12th for $5 off :) Hope to see you there!

This Friday at Radiance in Lancaster ( next to Central market). Helena will be doing a healing violin meditation ( yoga nidra/savasana). The first 10 minutes, Helena will guide you through gentle breathing exercises and restorative movement all serenaded by her husband on acoustic guitar ( beautiful soft sweeping melodies). The next 50 minutes, Helena will guide you into a deep stare of relaxation through weaving beautiful and lush violin soundscapes. Please reserve your space by calling Radiance at 717-290-1517. This is truly a healing and ethereal/dreamy experience to awaken creativity, imagination and a wonderful reset button at the end of the week :)
