After 15 long months, our gallery will be open to the public on a weekend. On display is our Rottler Awards Selection Exhibit. Our winners this year are Patricia L Caulfield, Elicia Frazier, Richard Chandler Hoff, Claire Stoner and Donna Welsh. HOURS: Sunday, 2-4 pm (last admittance is 3:30pm)

Brett Greiman's Dynamic Acrylic Online Painting Class: FLORAL (A10-O) This zoom class series will be offered within your choice of five different subject matters. Subjects will be as follows:... 1. Landscapes (January) 2. Wildlife (February) 3. Still Life (Feb/March) 4. FLORAL (MARCH) 5. Abstract/Mixed Media (April) Each subject will be offered over three consecutive weeks for one and a half hours each day. Students are encouraged to register for all five subjects as various skills and information will be explored within each but feel free to join in on one, several, or all classes! This class will focus on understanding and creatively utilizing the unique characteristics of acrylic paints and is for beginner to intermediate. Students will learn the differences between acrylics and oils. Learn about the information provided on the tube for how to make informed purchases. Brett will introduce students to his modern grisaille" technique of layering as well as dry brush, wash, and glazing techniques. Learn what brushes work best for particular effects. We will explore using gel mediums for special effects. Color contrasts and color harmonies for creation of dynamic paintings will be covered. Information on how to preserve your work. The abstract class will offer creative explorations of adding various other mediums as well as instruction in the use of the Elements & Principles of Design to create a strong composition. Brett will also include some helpful hints for how to photograph your work. Experimental Mixed Media with Sue Marrazzo (W1) All levels, All New Lessons! A true mixed media abstract art class. Discover new ways of art expression. Students will learn new techniques while experimenting. Keep your work fresh and alive. Let loose and find your artistic voice. Students will create using acrylics, collage, and other mediums. Each art project will incorporate design and color knowledge. *The Art Instructor will share some new art supplies....
