Our kitchen staff, with the help of Community Progress Council's transportation team, delivers food weekly to children enrolled in CPC's early childhood educati...on programs. Because students are working online through the end of 2020, children miss out on two nutritious meals every day in the classroom. Through a partnership with the York County Food Bank and Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, CPC is able to cook, assemble and deliver more than 200 meals every week to each child enrolled in our program who has requested the service. At CPC, progress presses on. Progress perseveres. #PROGRESSPERSEVERES

Every Thursday from here on out, FOX43 Sports Director Todd Sadowski and Members 1st Chief Marketing Officer Mike Wilson will select the winner of each NFL Thursday Night Football game as well as every game shown on FOX43. This year's CROP Hunger Walk will be VIRTUAL! Join in a SELF/MICRO CROP Hunger Walk: small groupsgroups of twoor families are being encouraged to walk in their neighborhoodsreminding folks that hunger still exists and that people are called to be generous to neighbors in need. Alternatively, churches or organizations can choose to walk in groups of 10 or less, observing masking and social distancing guidelines. Instead of a one-day walk on a prescribed route or distance, ...walkers are encouraged to walk at a time suitable to their needs and safety for the week leading up to OCTOBER 11th. So break out your sneakers, set a personal goal, build your walk team and let’s show the world that nothing will stop us from helping our neighbors in need. We can do this even in 2020.
