In a landmark ruling, the Supreme Court ruled on Monday that LGBT+ employees are protected from workplace discrimination under the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 has been used for decades to protect employees from from discrimination on the bases of race, sex, national origin and religion.
