Unfortunately due to the Governor's continued occupancy limits, we were forced to cancel the 10/18/20 300 Club Feed. The drawing was held and the winners are listed below. We hope to start the 300 Club Feed back up after the New Year. We will reach out to the ticket holders once we are able to start it back up to see if you want to keep your tickets. Thank you for your understanding.

It is unfortunate that we need to advise the community that the Community Aid Clothing Bin is being removed from the fire department parking lot. The Fire Department has been a great partner with Community Aid for over a decade. The Fire Department has also received over $20,000 in grants from Community Aid over those years. Unfortunately Community Aid has changed their business model and the clothing bin does not produce enough weight. Community Aid will NOT let us keep... the bin any longer. The bin will be removed within the next two weeks While we still encourage you to donate your lightly used clothing, there is no longer any donations received by the fire department from Community Aid. We thank the community and residents that supported the clothing bin over the years.

Since we were unable to do our yearly Fire Prevention in the Elementary School, we will be having a Fire Prevention Open House at the Fire Station this year. Fire Prevention Open House will be Wednesday October 7 from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the fire station. The apparatus will be on display outside in the open air to provide social distancing. The forecast looks like a beautiful fall evening so come on out with the family and children.

All of the structural apparatus completed the yearly NFPA pump test certification today at the York County Fire School. Even with fundraising canceled for over half of the year, it's imperative the equipment stay maintained and certified. The expenses of yearly maintenance and certifications doesn't stop, virus or not. ... The community support and support from Jackson Township is what keeps the department alive and well.
