Live-streamed classes will begin tomorrow on 12/2/2020. Our in-studio class schedule still remains the same as we continue to do our best to suit the needs and comfort zones of as many students as possible. These classes require pre-registration the same way that our in-studio classes do. We ask that you pre-register for these classes at least 2 hours prior to the class that you plan on attending. My names Emma and I received my YTT-200 certification from West End Yoga in May 2020. I decided to pursue teaching yoga after only 6 months of practicing because of the immense mental and physical benefits yoga brought me. I began practicing after I graduated from college because of the intense anxiety I fel...t entering a new phase of life. Yoga allowed me to take care of my mental and physical body while providing an outlet for energy and creativity! I’m currently pursuing my Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling and I plan to integrate my yoga training into my career as a therapist.
