When doing business, your customers expect the very best from u. Comprising when it comes to numbers will offset so much, man power, loyalty, time, energy. So much is at risk bc the truth is, when we cut back your number, you hv to cut back everything to make it work and your customers may... not understand that part bc they only thinking abt how they can save. So the lesson is, know who u can show love to and explain that estimates and scopes are detailed calculations of each part of a project labor/material. So obviously when cutting back, everything is effected. Now I'm not saying it can't be done, there just hv to be mutual understanding of how things work. See more
