2 GIRLS And A Griddle

Hi! Miss you all! I havent posted anything for awhile. However, i just HAD to get on and tell you all how i was just treated by the water authority ladies in Washington Twp. These ladies are always awful, but today they took the cake. As you all know, we arent open for takeout since the end of March, when i posted we would close. The lady from the water authority, which i have her name, but will remain nameless bc if you have had to deal with these women, you can guess who, b...ut they needed in my restaurant to pull the meter. When i actually could get a word in, i asked why would you want to do that? This is where it gets good. She then says, people have been in here saying they have seen people in and out of there and you have used a 1000 gallons of water! I instantly laughed. I myself havent been there in 2 weeks. I then told her frankly i dont believe you, ive been closed, the fire department has cameras watching my building, go look at them, go look at 2 girls facebook seeing there was no post of us opening or doing takeout. This was all after i just told her i cannot go to the restaurant today bc my dad was just life flighted to Pittsburgh for a brain aneurism. Like seriously?? First accuse me,then treat me like trash? Ive been a part of that community for almost 3 years, struggling with everything currently, and get treated like that?? Not ok..if that is an elected position, those women should not be re elected. Also, i recorded the phone call if she wanted to negate my story. Sickening how people can be, especially in a time like this. Also, since i couldnt get a word in, i just hung up on her. The accusations and attitude were enough. Anyhow, i hope you are all well and safe. See more

I'm very sad to say this, but I made the decision to close the diner until the Governor says I can reopen the dining room. The takeout business was just not enough to sustain the diner to be open daily. Thank you to all my customers who did place orders. We will get through this. See all of you when we reopen. Until then, be kind to each other, and stay safe
