Egg Hunt postponed/ cancelled due to Covid-19. Coloring contest is out there for Easter. This will allow us to still have something and social distance. Extra coloring pages are on the office door outside if you need them. Let's have some fun! Color, share, I will post on the windows and on FB.

The governor has extended the stay at home order until the end of April. Stay safe. Stay home when you are able. The packets delivered on your doors today are information that HUD has gathered on Covid-19 and ways to help.... from washing hands t, care of children not in school to fighting depression through this time. Just remember you are not alone through this. We are here for you.

CENTURY VILLAGE ASSOCIATES, LLC April 2020 Pre-view of April 2020 Newsletter NOTICE OF EHRLICH INSPECTION... Ehrlich inspection is Wednesday April 1st, 2020 Would be normal service. It is MOVED TO APRIL 15th. Ehrlich will inspect 100-114, 200-214, 300-306. Any issues should be reported by 9am 04/15/2020 by 9 am. Quarterly Inspections for April 2020: No Inspections. They will be rescheduled after this COVID-19. Make sure that all trash is picked up, all floors are cleaned, no dirty dishes or food items are laying around, all smoke detectors work, no unregistered guest staying in the apartment, no unreported damages, make sure ovens are clean and stove tops, make sure refrigerators are clean even around the seals. Also make sure no cig. butts in the yard areas or personal items laying around Continuing to schedule drywall repair work. Outside contractors on hold until after the COVID-19. We will pick back up when we are able to start regular scheduling of work. Easter Egg Hunt will be rescheduled at a later date. It would normally be the Saturday after Easter the 18th of April but to honor the Governor’s order for Social Distancing. We are unable to schedule it at this time. To keep children’s spirits up we may have a coloring contest for Easter. All forms may be submitted through the office mail slot. Winners will be picked by Friday April 10th. All pictures must be in by Wednesday April 8th. You may use the coloring picture or create one of your own. Change in Office Hours: April 2020 Monday 10-3pm, Tuesday Closed, Wednesday 10-3pm, Thursday Closed, Friday 10-3pm Cigarette Butts must be cleaned up are you will fail inspection or get a written violation. STOP Throwing your cigarette butts on the ground. This is a violation of your lease and makes the place look really bad. .

Office hours changed for Friday 03/27/2020. Must go to the office in Middleburg first. Have a 10 am appointment. Will be in after. 11:30- noon start and here until 4pm.
