X offenders have paid their debt to society with the price of their liberty. That is the retribution function of our criminal justice system. However, the REALITY is a LIFE SENTENCE. Once you’re classified as an ex felon you are stigmatized for the rest of your life with a scarlet letter which can never be removed. We need all the help we can get, especially in these times. And we need our alpha males and females who are the risk takers of our society to assist in our economi...c recovery. If we do not integrate our ex-offenders into our communities with healing and love they will be isolated and rejected and have no alternative means of financial development, whereby they will seek other means by which to survive and feed their families. And, as these are our Risk Takers of ourSociety, We are Currently ENSLAVING these people to a LIFE SENTENCE + REVOLVING DOOR re-entering the criminal justice system in a cycle of perpetual contracts and political currency for unsuspecting citizens financially invested in the prison industrial complex... Citizens should be Aware that a significant portion of their TAX DOLLARS are Actively Going to Empower a Network Bent on the Institutional Eradication of an Essential Component of our Society. We believe that we can get a better return on our social and financial investment for tax dollars if we engage our fellow citizens (x-offenders) with proactive strategic solutions for career skills development projects and opportunities across the nation, within every state, county and municipality. DO YOU KNOW ANYONE WHO IS BLIND? THEY MAY HAVE A CASE! Disability rights for the disabled have greatly increased over the past few years when the disability di...scrimination act came into force. The aim of the act when introduced was to put an end to discrimination that was being faced by people with disabilities. Today U.S. Disability law is largely regulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. This Act prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in employment, housing, education, and access to public services. The ADA prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in employment, State and local government, public accommodations, commercial facilities, transportation, and telecommunications. It also applies to the United States Congress. To be protected by the ADA, one must have a disability or have a relationship or association with an individual with a disability. An individual with a disability is defined by the ADA as a person who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities, a person who has a history or record of such an impairment, or a person who is perceived by others as having such an impairment. The ADA does not specifically name all of the impairments that are covered. To find out more about how these laws may apply to you visit the U.S. Department of Justice - A Guide to Disability Rights Laws - Disability Rights Section - https://www.ada.gov/cguide.htm
